

Jenny Margetts
Jenny has worked in the horticultural industry for more than 25 years. She is a trained agronomist and spent her early career working with fresh produce, cotton and winegrape growers. She managed the industry R&D program for Queensland Fruit & Vegetable Growers, before moving to a corporate role in horticulture & viticulture with IAMA - at the time, Australia's largest rural merchandising business.
In 1997, Jenny started a marketing consultancy business which worked with businesses in the IT, defence and knowledge-based industries.
In 2003, Jenny returned to the fresh produce industry and established P2P Business Solutions. Since that time she has worked with growers, exporters, industry groups, and government to deliver a range of business services.
P2P has also worked in the Vietnamese agribusiness sector since 2014, providing services to private, academic and government clients. She is currently working with the University of Queensland and the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research (ACIAR) on a project to develop the temperate fruit industry in North West Vietnam.

Jenny served on the Hort Innovation Australia Board from 2016-2020. She currently works in a volunteer advisory capacity to Women in Technology and Vietharvest.
